スティーブは、印刷工で、長いこと印刷業界で働いている僕の友達。
近所に住んでいて、子供の頃からの付き合いなんだよ。
彼は、空き時間は殆どガーデニングをして過ごすんだ。
2016年の春庭の準備では、土壌改良してたくさんの球根を植えていた。
それから植物を誘引するためのワイヤーも取り付けて。
庭のコーナーの小さなハウスは、彼の猫のフレッドの住処で、この庭の端っこのお気に入りの箱からスティーブがガーデニング作業をしているのをいつも眺めているんだって。
Steve is a printer who has worked in the printing industry for a long time.
He is a friend and neighbour and I have know Steve since we were children.
Steve spends most of his spare time working on the garden and is now preparing for 2016.
He has improved the soil and planted lots of bulbs. He has also installed wire supports for plants. Steve is usually watched by Fred the cat who has his own box to sit in at the end of the garden.
